Every book convention must have authors. There’s no question about it and I am working hard to ensure that we not only have a ton of fun people to hang out with, but there’s a wide range of genre talent as well. I know many readers tend to stick with their preferred genres, and there’s nothing wrong with that; but you never know what you’ll find, what you’ll like, until you take a leap of faith.
With that in mind, let me introduce you to three more fabulous authors who will be taking the plunge with me and coming to Rust City 2016! Make sure you keep an eye out as more authors are announced!
Lita fell in love with romance and alpha males when watching Gone With The Wind. An avid reader since she was young, her passion for love stories evolved when she decided to try writing them. She hopes you enjoy her stories, from the first kiss to the happily ever after. Lita is a member of Romance Writers of America® and lives in Ohio with her husband and multiple cats. When not writing, you can find her reading.
Suzanne M. Sabol is the author of Urban Fantasy and Paranormal Romance. She has been writing from the age of 16 when she finished her first full length novel. She continued to write and published her first book Cursed in March of 2009. She has published six more books in her Blushing Death Series through Soul Mate Publishing since then. She currently lives in Columbus Ohio with her family and cat.
Duane Wurst has been an artist since a young age. Having studied to be an art teacher, Duane taught Jr. High School, but was called to help in the family business. After 10 years as office manager, Duane returned to his art and became a professional artist.
Traveling across Michigan and the Midwest, Duane sold his paintings at art festivals and in major shopping centers. He classifies his original paintings as photo realism.
He met his wife, Sharon, at an art festival. She was also an artist and together they exhibited and sold their work until 1998, when they left the grind of selling “”on-the-road”” and decided to lead a more “normal life”.
Duane accepted a position at his hometown newspaper, using his graphic art and management skills, and Sharon helped run their “Michigan Art & Craft Show Magazine”. The pace was slower, giving the couple time to enjoy life.
Today Duane is again working on his painting and photography, recreating many of his original works as prints. He also decided to write some of the stories that were in the back of his creative mind. Today, Duane has three published young adult novels and will be publishing his fourth novel in the summer of 2016. His young adult mysteries include; In Search Of Elysium, Death On The Point, and Deadly Sixteen.
He welcomes you to enjoy the adventure, because life can be fun when you’re an artist.
